Welcome to Black Bird Musings! Please review the following terms and conditions before booking a session or purchasing a service. By completing a booking or purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. Your appointment or order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Payments are accepted through PayPal and Square, which accept most major credit cards. If you experience difficulties completing your payment, please contact us. An alternative payment option through Stripe may be available.
Once your payment is complete, you will receive a receipt and booking confirmation by email.
Tips are never required but are always appreciated.
Live Sessions & Appointments
All live psychic readings, mediumship sessions, and business strategy consultations take place through Zoom.
Please select the correct time zone when scheduling your appointment and ensure that the email address you provide is accurate.
Your confirmation email contains important appointment details, including your Zoom meeting link and a link to manage your booking. Please save this email for future reference.
Clients are responsible for joining their appointments at the scheduled time.
Session Recordings
Live sessions are recorded so you can revisit the insights and guidance shared during your reading or consultation.
After your session, you will receive an email containing a private link to download your recording. This link will remain available for 7 days from the date it is sent.
Please download and save your recording within that time, as access will expire after 7 days.
If you prefer not to have your session recorded, please let me know before your appointment. Your preference will be respected.
Personalized Audio Readings & Written Messages
Mini Psychic Readings are personalized audio recordings created specifically for each client. These are not live appointments and are delivered by email within 5 business days of booking.
Personalized Channeled Messages are written messages created for the intended recipient using the information provided at the time of purchase. Completed messages are delivered by email to the purchaser.
Please ensure that your email address and all information submitted with your order are accurate and complete.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Payments for appointments and purchased services are non-refundable except in rare circumstances approved by Black Bird Musings.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows): If you miss your scheduled session, the full payment already made will be forfeited. Missed appointments are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments canceled on the scheduled day of the session will result in forfeiture of the full payment already made. This payment serves as the cancellation fee, equal to 100% of the session price. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
When you reserve an appointment, that time is held specifically for you and may no longer be available to other clients.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an eligible appointment, please use the link provided in your booking confirmation email. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the applicable cancellation policy.
Exceptional Refunds: In rare circumstances where a refund is approved, a 3.5% transaction processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Privacy & Personal Information
At Black Bird Musings, your privacy is important.
When you book an appointment or purchase a service, personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and information submitted through intake forms is collected to facilitate your booking, provide your service, and communicate with you.
Appointment information is managed through Acuity Scheduling. Your contact information is used for booking confirmations, appointment reminders, session communications, and delivery of purchased services.
Payments are processed through third-party providers, including PayPal, Square, and, when applicable, Stripe. These providers maintain their own privacy and security policies.
Your personal information is not sold to advertisers. Information may be shared with service providers as necessary to process payments, manage bookings, and deliver services.
Live session recordings are made available through private download links, which expire 7 days after being sent.

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book appointments or purchase services through Black Bird Musings.
Agreement to Terms
By scheduling an appointment or purchasing a service through Black Bird Musings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation and refund policy, recording policy, privacy practices, and service disclaimers.
